This place is incredible! From Ali at The front desk, fielding, phone calls and patience, ever so polite, to Luba, The technician. She was so thorough, friendly, personable and relaxed my 13-year-old nervous daughter. Needed a second opinion for my two kids,Ali Texted back to me the same evening and scheduled appointments for the very next day. They’re waiting room was exceptionally clean the huge children’s area stocked with toys. Luba especially, went out of her way to answer each and every question, explained all the processes and what was going on, and made my children feel relaxed.

Dr. Mesfun was personable, quick with her procedures, and patient when answering questions. We were given referrals where positions already listed so we do not have to spend time finding ones that accept our insurance. Huge timesaver. They scheduled our future appointments right now and there, And we were on our way.

Two kids in about an hour. We’ve had very bad experiences with several area dentists, but the family chose to stay here. HIGHLY recommend for the entire family!

I made an appointment approximately 2 months ago. Smile R Us had our insurance information the ENTIRE time. They wait until they are closed the night before to text me and tell me they are not in network and we can cancel. If I could give zero stars I would. When I asked why they waited this long to tell me they are not in-network I received radio silence. Horrible customer service. .

. . . . . it took two months to get in, and less than 24 hrs before the appointments they decide to fill us in with important information!!

I'd actually gives zero stars if I could. Called to make an appointment. I told them I have a six year old who needs dental work done, because our last dentist referred us out and we're not able to do the work and she has cavities that need work, they say they will take care of her.

They book the appointment, i take off work, pull her out of school early. We're there for forty minutes, only to find out that they don't do work on six year olds, and yet they knew that in the beginning of the information, still booked the appointment, waisted my time, and now I have to find another dentist while my daughter sits here with toothaches. Thank you for absolutely nothing Smiles R us

Great Place!! Great Experience! Honestly this was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are amazing and very compassionate. They are very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. 5 stars for me!
