NOONE answers the phone to schedule appointments. There are NO returning of calls left on their voicemails. The dentist is there only 1x a week, as reported by staff. They have scheduled appointments, then when you go there, they have no confirmation of such. I have several cavities that were to be filled , yet was not done due to her scheduling limitations. After a root canal, I was to have an appointment within a week to get the crown on. .

. . . couldn't get an appointment until 3 weeks later, and then they said I didn't have an appointment, I showed them the card THEY gave me, after 4mins of searching, they found. The Dentist told me they haven't received my crown as yet. My cavities are increasing and start to hit my nerves. .

. my root canal STILL isn't treated. Not to mention, while putting a temporary cushion in place of a crown, the metal part of the instrument being used fell in the back of my throat, where I had to cough it back up. THEN. after discussing the antibiotics I am allergic to, she prescribed me another antibiotic that the pharmacist informed me that the med I am allergic to was in the same family of what she prescribed me. HORRIBLE and CONCERNING.

I have been trying to confirm an appointment I was supposed to have today (1/5/2023) since yesterday morning. I called numerous times, left a voicemail, and sent an email. The answering machine said the office was open, but I never heard back until today. This morning I received a phone call from a young woman who said "what can I help you with? You left me a voicemail. " when I answered the phone. She did not say who she was or where she was calling from.

After asking if she was calling from the dentist office, she replied yes. She then asked me to spell my name 6 different times and then told me that I did not have an appointment. If that is the case, then why was I given an appointment card with today's date 1/5 @ 11AM at my last appointment? (A picture of the appointment card has been mailed to the office. ) This is completely unacceptable seeing as though I took off of work today to make this appointment. Their office staff at their Island Ave location is miserable, untrained, unprofessional and clearly incapable of performing the simplest duties. The only person I can say anything positive about is Deepa.

She is the sweetest, most professional person in that office. They need a dozen of her to run the business the way it should be run. My mother was also going to their office when they were on Memphis Street in Port Richmond and had a bad experience. Even knowing her experience, I continued to schedule appointments with them. After this incident, I will not be returning to their office, and I recommend everyone else to steer clear as well.

They never answer the phone , emails or respond to phone calls. . I’ve had horrific experiences with 2 different dentist at the Island Ave facility. . I have been waiting 2 years just to get a crown and partial made & placed . . I paid out of pocket . The 1st dentist was supposed to give me a temporary white crown while my crown was being made . I’m allergic to metal & stated it. She put a metal crown in my mouth anyway & I suffered a migraine headache for over a month. . and severe jawline pain. She removed it and placed a white one . . that didn’t resemble a tooth at all. , she shaved my tooth down next to it resulting in me needing a partial because it left a empty spot. . I wore it for over a year close to 2 years. . I was switched to a different dentist within their practice Dr. Dhyllon Northeast facility. I went to 3 different appointments with him to get the crown & partial placed .

. I was coaxed out of getting the partial and crown into getting a third tooth crowned to better support the tooth in the middle…every visit . When he could have said that over the phone . . I couldn’t afford it but ended up sacrificing to get it paying $1900 for 3 opposed to $1200 for 2… I told Dr Dhyllon I was allergic to the metal as he had written in the contract . He reassured me it would be All porcelain teeth . Dr dhyllon had wrote the 3rd crown would be free but I was charged $1900 dollars when each crown is $600. . I told them I was petrified to proceed with the dental work because I didn’t feel I was going to get the services due me . . I was coaxed by Dr. Dhyllon that I would be pleased with the work. The day of placement. I over payed and additional $300 forgetting I gave a cash payment previously. . when it came time to place the crown it was 1 crown and a partial no 3rd crown or bridge . . and when it came time for my refund for over paying Dr Dhyllon wanted me to leave and come back so he could check his records when I showed him in my phone the over payment and a note in my phone from a week prior stating I owed $700 opposed to the $1000 that I paid . . Him and his secretary wanted me to be pushed to the side like I was not a paying customer who had put up with their bad business for almost 2 years . Also Dr. Dhyllon cleaned my teeth with no sink to rinse my mouth and didn’t rinse my mouth at all … on that day I went home with a temporary tooth that was placed a year ago that had broken .

. instead of placing a new one Dr. Dhyllon pieced the broken crown back together and put it back in my mouth . No soon as I got home the tooth crumbled into pieces in my mouth. I would not recommend going here . All they care about is money . . the service is very extremely bad my new crown and partial is cutting my outside gum line and food is entering the crown on the inside of my gum line that I can’t get out . . I wouldn’t recommend going here . They have very poor work ethics . . I’m currently filing a complaint against this practice for a full refund . . because I can’t keep this in my mouth the crown is too big and I stated that to him too but he claim it wasn’t . . and tried to coax me Into keeping it . . very bad business … nobody should be forced to wear nothing they disapprove of after spending $2000 of their hard earned money . .
