Absolutely the most caring, professional, personable and knowledgeable dentist around. Would not even think of going elsewhere. I have been using Dr. Poli's services for years. I cannot thank Dr. Poli enough.

Dr poli is an absolute amazing Dentist! I have been to a quite a few different dentist over the past years and Dr. Poli by far is the best he never tries to sell unnecessary procedures and is very honest which is very hard to find in a dentist!

His secretary which happens to be his girlfriend is no good She is nasty. Doesn't know what she is doing. Will changed you when you dont have to be charged. When you question her she get nasty. I called her after calling the insurance to tell she was not supposed to charge me and she needed to refunded my money she was nasty.
She said she would refund me when she gets to me. Not acceptable its been 5 months how far am I to get my money. She is no good. I will call her once a week know what she does is pick up and and when she know is me she hangs up. WHERE IS MY $ MONEY $

I hate to have to write this review. I have been going to Dr. Poli for 30 years. I have trusted him with my children, myself, my mom and dad and sister to to him as well. I cannot continue to go to him any longer because of his new receptionist. She is rude, very unprofessional, and obnoxious. I took my daughter in to fix a tooth that Dr. Poli worked on a few years ago. Always in the past, they would run through insurance and send me a bill for my portion. I have never left a bill unpaid, ever. Well at this visit, this new receptionist required that I pay $150. I don't even know how she came to that amount but I paid it.
I checked my insurance and I was only responsible for $17! I have been calling weekly for about a month and she just kept telling me that she would send me a check when they got paid by insurance. Last week, on Monday, I called again and she said that the person handling the refunds was going to come in that day and send out the check. Today, a week later, I still haven't received my refund so I called. She told me it "probably went it out". I asked her to please check and she just kept telling me it probably went out. I started to explain that I was upset about this and she just kept talking over me. I asked her to please let me finish and she hung up on me. Professionalism at its best. So, I called right back, asked her to please not hang up on me, and she continued to not let me get a word in. Also told me that I was "upsetting the doctor by calling so much". I am sorry that my weekly phone to have my refund sent to me is such a nuisance to her and the doctor. She was quick to take my money but doesn't have a problem giving me the runaround.
I can't believe that Dr. Poli can allow such rude and unprofessional behavior run the office and his livelihood. I will not be returning and not because of him, because or the new receptionist. I think he is a wonderful dentist but I cannot subject myself to such treatment by his staff. I don't deserve it, nor do my children or anyone else. I so wish his previous staff was still there. Marie and Linda were absolutely wonderful and are sorely missed. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced such treatment since she came on board. I hope he does something about her before he loses all his clients. Physicians need to remember that there are plenty of them out there and can be easily replaced.
