Amazing dentist appointment. I didn’t feel judged they took their time explaining everything. Kathy was amazing checking me in answering all my after questions. Tech sorry forgot her name she was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. Dentist was amazing and answer all my concerns. Also office is beautiful and really calming

So after I complain about the service they called me and apologized for the bad experience, they even asked if I want to see doctor again , I was given appointment for the very next day they offered free cleaning on them if I was not satisfied with my previous cleaning . I met Dr. Yan Gu she was so nice she patiently answered my questions and even offered a free ceiling for my tooth .

At the end they really try to fix the issue and wanted to satisfy their patients , really appreciate their efforts and work , will recommend to go here. Thanks for all the efforts they did .

Very kind staff, and very thorough exam and cleaning (probably the most thorough I have had). Excellent patient education. They don't just say "make sure to floss" they physically show you how so there's no questions. Very satisfied after my first visit! Looking forward to continued care.

10/10 experience! This is by far the most peaceful dentist experience I have ever had! This is coming from someone who is always nervous about going to the dentist lol The staff is very welcoming and kind. Dr. Yan Min Gu is very knowledgeable and proficient at what she does! I left with a brighter and cleaner smile! :-)
