Okay, I had an appointment set up for 2-3 months prior today's appointment. I spoke to them 3 times prior Regarding insurance and my x rays. Well, I get there today Guess what?No x-rays, okay. The young lady behind the desk was intelligent young Lady She explained to me why my x rays from july 24 an a panoramic view from 2023 We're not usable as per the Doctor well. I explained I didn't want to take more x-rays.

I'm a 70 yr old woman, But I guess the place needed the money because they kept on pressing For the $75. All this was spoken about before I came in. I called, I asked about this. Everything was fine. They had wasted my time and The very nice hygienist's.

The girls at the desk were very nice. The only person I didn't meet was the Doctor I only got a report through the young lady which I thought was not proper. She could have come in These doctors sometimes think they're gods or in this case goddess. Well I guess they lost another patient didn't look like they were very busy when I was in there Well good luck to y'll.

Was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived and my nurse was awesome her personality to her work she done to my teeth was amazing. Was helpful with any and all questions. Very informative. The doctor was great as well.

I visited yesterday for an appointment and I think i got a deep cleaning. I’m not sure but whatever it was that was done to me, hurt really really bad to the point i couldn’t eat for about 3 hours after my appointment. I’ve had a lot done to my teeth at other dentists especially a deep cleaning and it never ever hurt that bad.

Hopefully my next visit will be better, and a little softer. But everyone was really nice!

My experience at the front desk ran my pressure up. This young lady needs training on how to greet people and explain herself better because I am sure I am not the only one she has been rude to. But when Chandra came to get me, she calmed me down by just being friendly.

She went to front desk and corrected my paperwork and explained my insurance to me. When the Dentist came in she was also pleasant. Thanks to Chandra and my Dentist
