I have been a patient of Dr Chapman for cleanings, starting the Invisalign teeth straightening procedure, and a tooth extraction. He is truly a skilled professional in dentistry, and very personable. When there was a concern with the invisalign trays, Dr Chapman was more than accommodating to extend the treatment timeline, and more than generous with a lot of grace regarding any extra costs. Then recently he took me in on short notice to do an urgent and very unexpected tooth extraction as well.

I knew I had lost the battle and the yanks were coming. Though I had a stubborn root that just wouldn't let go of my lower gum, I was thankful for his level of patience, and the minimal level of discomfort I felt (especially when I was expecting a lot more pain). His Dental Assistant Tammy was awesome in her role and totally in sync with Dr Chapman's direction during the extraction. The 2 Administrative staff up front, Morgan, and Randa have been so nice, very professional, and extremely personable every time I have been in for a procedure.

I am now in the process of pursuing an implant for the tooth I just lost.

She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I genuinely felt cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Dental Care with a personal touch!

Every experience has been positive, from cleaning, to cavity filling, to crown. The doctor and every staff member is kind and polite. Appointments always start at the schedule time.

Billing and insurance has been smooth sailing. The staff are very familiar with exactly how Care Credit works, and upfront with procedures that require you to pay out of pocket, they submit the claim to insurance, and insurance mails you a reimbursement check.
