Immediately upon walking in you know it's friendly and clean environment. Kind and helpful receptionist and clean waiting room! The staff is above and beyond. Dr. Sara is so good with kids my daughter was immediately comfortable. So happy we found this place

Dr. Sara is a great doctor, and we have been seeing her for 4 years. She is kind and good with the kids, but I’ve always felt there isn’t much of a personal connection, unlike what we experience with our pediatrician. Each visit feels like she is seeing my children for the first time, and there isn’t the warmth or familiarity that we value in a long-term provider.

While Dr. Sara is skilled at what she does, the overall experience at the practice doesn’t align with what I want for my children, especially if we plan to stay with a provider long-term. I believe it might be time for us to move on.

Dr. Sara was nice and the staff was friendly. The toy at the end was a nice touch. The only constructive feedback is on cleanliness. There were a few pieces of paper/trash on the floor in the waiting room, a random key chain on the table (that I had to fight with my daughter not to take), and hair around the sink. Everything else about the experience was good.

Today, I had my first experience at Smyrna Pediatric Dentistry with my son, and I must say, it was a refreshing change from what I’ve come to expect since moving to Georgia two years ago. Unlike many other places, where I’ve encountered poor customer service, lack of punctuality, and minimal effort to assist, Smyrna Pediatric Dentistry exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff genuinely took the time to listen and assist. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive, ensuring we were seen promptly after our arrival.

Despite the dental emergency, they were incredibly understanding, addressing all my concerns—even the ones I thought might be trivial—with compassion and professionalism. They made me feel at ease during a stressful time, and I left confident in the care my son received. I look forward to continuing his dental care with this outstanding team.
