I have been coming here for years and they are always honest and friendly. The hygienist was AMAZING! She gave me a lot of really good information about gum health and flossing. Also their prices are fair so you don’t feel robbed after leaving the office.

Not a fan of this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. My most recent experience was absolutely horrendous, I had an appointment for a tooth extraction and when I got there they did the normal, they set me up with X-rays and then sat down with a dental assistant and was told I needed an extraction. I said “ I know, that’s what I’m here for”. Well they said we’ll have to reschedule due to the doctor that dose the extractions wasn’t in the office that day.

This was the whole reason I was home from work, which I’m an OTR truck driver so I have to plan my home time accordingly. Needless to say I’m done with this dentist and will not be returning for even a basic cleaning. I would highly suggest finding a different dentist and staying as far away from this place as possible.

Snellville family dental is fantastic! Both my husband and I are patients. I’ve needed significant dental work over the last year.

The staff is polite, they respond in a timely manner, and the dentist is lovely! Referrals work great and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there! They take great care to make certain I’m comfortable and understand all the work they are doing and are timely with the treatment plans. As a family we’re very happy with our dentist!

I got my regular teeth cleaning here twice (what most insurances cover) after moving to the area. I found it odd that they charge a $55 new patient fee when none of my other dentist did. I paid it since I needed my regular cleaning done. The hygienist wasn't the best. She rushed through my cleanings and stated I needed a deep cleaning.

I was taken back because I've had regular dental cleanings every 6 months for years and none of my other dentist/hygienist ever mentioned this. I decided to give them another shot and went back again. Same statement and hygienist said next time I come if my teeth don't improve than I will have to pay for a deep cleaning out of pocket ~$300. I cancelled my next appointment and went to another dental office in the area and they were fantastic! No new patient fees, and the hygienist took her time doing my dental cleaning and even confirmed that no deep cleaning was needed for me. Dentist was also great and followed up with no concerns on the health of my teeth.

Not sure what the deal was with the hygienist at this location but just make sure you get second opinions before doing any work outside of normal cleanings and or anything that requires you to pay out of pocket. Front office staff were nice but I won't be coming back to this location.
