We had a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly stating that no anesthetic injections should be administered due to pregnancy, our request was ignored. This was a straightforward and important instruction that should have been respected. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure that their medical preferences and safety concerns are fully acknowledged and followed.

I am responding to your typical business response: Oh yea? Maybe because I use a different name. It wasn't just me, it was my spouse and two of my friends that had horrifying experiences so if you really want to go at it we can do that. The front desk lady was A OK.

Wasn’t too impressed overall. The doctor’s exam felt rushed, and the hygienist left visible blood stains on my teeth even after “polishing,”which I only noticed in the car after leaving. It would’ve been nice if she had mentioned it beforehand to avoid the embarrassment.

I’ve never had this happen before, and I get cleanings every six months. That said, they are responsive and easy to reach by text for any questions or rescheduling, which I appreciated.

Excellent service every time, the entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait, they’re always on time, which I really appreciate. The office is spotless and very well organized. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of!
