I stopped going to south end dental after 1. 5 years. Although the dentist is amazing, his staff is extremely unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was arguing with me for arriving 10 minutes late. Every time I come to my appointments, they expect me to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. They overbooked and overcrowd patients.

There’s about three seats for patients to be worked on while there’s 6 patients waiting. This has been extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, causing me to miss another appointment I had elsewhere. I started going to a different dentist and they explained that South end dental never submitted to claim to my insurance and made me pay out of pocket. Do not waste your time here.

Such a pleasant and helpful staff. Had a dental emergency and they squeezed me in late on a Friday afternoon no questions asked even though it was extremely busy and I am a new client. Dr. Singh was friendly, knowledgeable and great. Will be back!

Jenny Acevedo

When her for fill in they started to do too much filling causing damage to my teeth. They refuse to fix the filling ins that were done wrong. They get frustrated if you say something went wrong. I requested my before and after pictures and they refuse to provide. I never dealt with jaw pain till I saw Dr. Ruby she left my two front teeth like chiclets. Dr. Singh fixed one bad filling but refused to fix the other two. Then I was offered to get into credit debt with cherry to fix the teeth that were damaged by improper fill in.

Will continue to try and get my records. Going to try and add pics. Dr. Singh was extremely sarcastic when I told him about insurance covered services which requires paperwork. I felt awful and have had digestive issues, headaches, and jaw pain since I saw them all for one tooth. Be weary if any Instagram pop ups that's how I found them so far no one has recommended them. They book three to four appts in one time slot.
