I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 3 years and was petrified to go. I told the front desk how scared I was and they scheduled me with a hygienist named Amber - she was so calm and I could not recommend her or this office more! Everyone was so nice and I am so relieved that I finally but the bullet and made an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and so sweet as well.

I had a Wonderful experience at South Point Family Dentistry today! From check in with Amairany, to my cleaning with Chelsea and my check up with Dr. Walker - it was a very pleasant experience. These 3 ladies were all so kind and made me feel very welcome! Chelsea was very thorough with my cleaning - she made it a smooth & painless process. She made sure to let me know what she was doing prior to doing it, which I greatly appreciated. Dr.

Walker was very patient and informative with my exam. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She introduced herself right off the bat which put me further at ease as sometimes I tend to get nervous when the dentist walks in lol. I did not feel rushed or anxious during my dental exam with Dr. Walker.

Amairany made check in and checkout seamless! She had all of my payment information ready for me to review & answered any questions I had regarding insurance information related to my treatment. She was kind and greeted me with a smile at both check in and check out! She even gave me flowers on my way out today! Such a selfless & thoughtful gesture that certainly brightened my day! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will refer anyone who needs a dentist to this office. Thank you Southpoint Family Dentistry for going above and beyond for me today! 5 STARS!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety but my first visit to South Point Family Dentistry was very positive. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and upbeat. I had a good visit with Dr Walker who made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. Jenna, at the front desk, made check out easy and was able to quickly get me set up on a payment plan for the additional work I need to get done.

It was a great visit, start to finish, and I even walked out with some fresh flowers. You can't beat that.

Staff at front desk is wonderful, I do have to say that! As I was going in for something major, while sitting in the chair, It was then at that moment, I was told my regular dentist no longer worked there. In my panic I just wanted to leave as they would not tell me where she went and I was not comfortable with some one new.

Extremely upset the Office Manager told me I could trust this new dentist as she specialized in crowns, and to please give her a chance! I now have in my mouth a crooked tooth that I am so self conscious about! I called, and the office manager again told me they would make good on it and would fix it for me. At first it was a no, but decided to trust again!!! While in the chair again, I was told that it would be 800.

00 to fix a mistake they made, leaving in tears, needless to say I'm out of luck! They do not stand by their work, they always try and up prices and further more they did not give me the price I was originally quoted for the procedure! Also you may want to tell your staff not to talk about people in front of patients. You never know who knows who!
