Both my adult sons went to see DDS Khalida for their bi annual checkup and cleaning during this pandemic. I was pleased that they reported the office and workers had very good protocol and controls with offering dental service during these times. I’m sending myself and the rest of my family there without hesitation.

I want to thank Dr. Dory and Riana for an outstanding job provided today during an emergency procedure. I came in with a broken tooth and before i knew it, my smile looked better than it ever had, with just temps. They provided me with care and comfort, i couldn't have been any happier. Dr.

I just recently had a falling out with my previous dentist in Levittown so in search of a new dentist who used nitrous oxide for cleanings and procedures I found this excellent, caring office online. Catherine, the office manager, is very professional and courteous. The 2 hygentists, Christine and Erin, have wonderful bedside manners and are very sweet. My partner and I both saw Dr. Khalida Stuttman who is very caring and explained both of our xrays and detailed our treatment plans.

Catherine did a phenomenal job assisting us with the financing. We are both very please with this office. It is well worth the trip from Queens.

I had chipped the bottom half of my two front teeth in the fall of 2015. It was terrible and I was embarrassed to smile in front of people. I ended up putting it off until May 2016. The last thing I wanted to do was to find a dentist and have to open my mouth to a stranger. I looked on Yelp for a good dentist and found South Shore Dental in Massapequa. I had an appointment set for June and I met it with some anxiety. The first appointment was pretty basic. I met Dr. Dory and I began to feel more comfortable and it was because he didn't try to make me feel comfortable. It was natural and if he was being disingenuous I would have known. Dr. Dory is a friendly person and he has experience. I am a good judge of character and it became clear that he is a professional, and well experienced.

Confidence without arrogance. After taking x-rays we discussed a plan to fix my teeth. This required me to go through my insurance company from my union. I no longer belong to this union but have extended dental coverage. After many filings with the insurance company they said the procedure is considered cosmetic. They wouldn't cover it. I don't know what they did but they went to bat for me. In October they finally got the insurance to cover it. This is because each time it would take three to four weeks, waiting for the insurance company, to process the claim. So thanks to South Shore Dental I finally had the insurance and an appointment to fix my teeth. The staff is friendly with better bedside manners than many doctors I have encountered. My second appointment went well but it took longer and was more involved. Riana assisted Dr Dory.

She was very nice and accommodating. She would explain to me what was going on during each step of the procedure. Dr. Dory and Riana have expert hands and a gentle touch. I didn't feel any pain. The third visit was the quickest. This is where I got my new teeth. They look and feel great. I feel so much better. I can finally smile again. The whole thing was fast and pain free.
