Three years ago, I left a scathing review about this place. Then my Google account got hacked, I deleted it, and the review disappeared. But some things never change—this place being terrible is one of them. So here I am, back for round two. This place is like a broken sewer pipe—no matter how much you want it to stop, the mess just keeps coming. When I first went here, the management had just changed, and things quickly went downhill. I canceled two appointments well over the required 24-hour notice, yet they still charged me $50 per appointment. Why? Because the front desk staff felt disrespected when I wouldn’t explain why I was canceling.

Apparently, refusing to justify my personal schedule was enough to warrant overcharging me. They ignored my calls, forcing me to leave work and demand my money back in person. And honestly, I just didn’t have the heart to tell the high schooler at the front desk that the services were garbage and the billing manager’s attitude made the whole place feel like a scam. That was three years ago. I got my refund and moved on—until last week, when I received a bill for $993. 89. The catch? This was for a service that was already billed to and paid for by insurance three years ago. As someone who works in medical billing, I can tell you this is a huge red flag for fraud.

Dental claims must be filed within one year—sometimes as little as 30 days, depending on the insurance company. A claim filed three years after the date of service is guaranteed to be denied. Now, they’re trying to stick us with the bill. A quick scroll through the reviews shows I’m not the only one. This place has a pattern of shady billing practices. I’ll be reporting them to the National Insurance Crime Bureau and the Inspector General for Healthcare Fraud. Stay far, far away.

As stated prior, I am being charged $100 for my appointment in 2018. Over 6 years ago!! And only recently are they sending me notifications saying I owe them money. It's really pathetic. How can you ask someone who saw you just once 6 years ago to pay an outstanding bill that all of a sudden just appeared? Advice is to stay clear, you might get a bill years later when they run short on funds.

They will make false claims and incorrectly process insurance. I went one time and they have sent random bills after a charge that was already 100$ more than what I owed after insurance. If you read other reviews, you’ll notice the theme of the front desk being unprofessional, rude and the dentist finding excuses to charge for things that you do not need. I received a second opinion elsewhere and highly recommend others do the same.

I will also be contesting this again out of the blue charge for an appointment I did not have. It’s clear they are running scams.

Very poor and intentionally inaccurate billing process. There seems to be an attempt to maximize insurance benefits, possibly due to a declining patient base. This is disappointing, especially considering that the clinic previously offered quality care. Currently, there is frequent rescheduling of appointments, indicating understaffing and management issues.

It can be challenging to find providers who prioritize integrity. If you are contemplating this facility, I would recommend considering other options.
