I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Youssef and her team. I had quite a bit of dental work needs and I have been deferring it for a long time—fillings, crowns, the whole nine yards—and they took care of it all quicker than a hiccup, with hardly any discomfort at all.

Everyone there was kind as could be, made me feel right at home, and handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that truly put me at ease. If you’re lookin’ for a dentist who gets the job done right and treats you like family, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I was at this practice for 3 years. I absolutely loved it until the new office manager came aboard. I left the office in 2023. Fast forward to now, I am getting a procedure done with my new office that I have been with for 2 years, and they submitted a claim that was denied do to Southern Family office submitting a procedure that they DID NOT DO and received payment for.

I called and spoke with Deny (office manager) who was extremely professional but rude and short with me about this issue. All I wanted was for Deny to contact my insurance and let them know that they did not do the service billed for and return any payment that they received back to my insurance company so that my new office can process the new claim and receive the payment. This is INSURANCE FRAUD by Southern Family Dental!! How are you submitting procedures that you did not do?!! I will give them until the end of this week to have this situation resolved. If my insurance company does not receive this payment and a letter from Southern Family Dental office, legal action will be involved.

If the office manager was not an issue, I would give the practice 5 stars because Dr. Magi is amazing!

Courtney the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! So friendly and calmed my anxiety. Dr. Yousef was one of the most friendliest dentists I have met! She also helped calm my nerves and made me feel heard. Definitely recommend this place!! My whole family goes here 🤍

I LOVE this office ! They did my wisdom teeth extraction & had the best advice for care & on going treatment . The dentist is very attentive & informative . I have been referring everyone i know to her so she will definitely get some new people from my area ! And i will be having my 10 year old established there as well . They are super accommodating with their schedule & will fit you in if you need it .

Never switching dentist ! The staff is awesome too . I cannot remember who did my cleaning but she did great ! I have no complaints AT ALL. Super excited to continue my dental care here 🫶🏽
