It is always a delight visiting Southside Orthodontics. The courtesy starts as you enter the building. Ms. Shelly always make me feel seen. Dr. Shell is the best orthodonist ever. He is very pleasant, respectful and has the best bedside manners 😏. Everyone is pleasant and attends to my my needs. The office clean and very welcoming.

May 2025 makes it a year since my son has started the braces process at this establishment.

My son is high functioning autistic and it’s a process from appointment to appointment! Although, the staff have seen the start process to current watching him mature and take care of his teeth himself, for the most part 😂! I want to publicly say THANK YOU ALL, from the front desk staff, those working in the back, those behind the scenes, the head Dr, and anyone else I missed🫵🏽 thanks! The work, communication, patience, and dedication is not going unnoticed! Thanks so much, a happy mother! 💜

Not only was the staff very friendly and personable, they were very knowledgeable. I was informed every step of the way and all my questions were answered. The front staff also greeted me very nicely when I arrived.

Dr. Shell was AMAZING!!!! He made sure I had no questions before I left and made sure I felt comfortable with his plan. Everyone here was nothing short of awesome and I highly recommend them!!

The entire orthodontics staff is marvelous. Everyone is always so nice to my daughter and I. We never have to wait long either for our scheduled appts! Dr Shell is very kind, gentle and honest as well. Very happy to have my daughter be a pt with this office. Highly recommend!
