They were nice to fit me in as a cancellation took place. I went on a Tuesday, was put out, and had my tooth pulled. After the anesthesia wore off, I could feel some sharpness in the area where they removed the tooth and had to schedule another appointment to go in on Thursday to have the rest of it removed. Then Thursday afternoon I realize that there’s still some remaining tooth. / Bone spur, whatever you wanna call it, was still there.

I will never come back to your office for anything in the future. Very disappointed as this should not happen. Not impressed at all.

Dr Kramer took the best care of me and was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process of my wisdom teeth removal to me! Maddy and Kelly were angels and helped calm me down majorly before anything was started! They took the time to talk to me and reassure that they weren’t going to let anything happen to me! I got my wisdom teeth removed here and I couldn’t be happier. The process was super simple and the procedure was amazingly quick. We were in the office for a little over an hour, the procedure itself was about 20 minutes. Dr. Kramer was friendly and answered all of my questions; he took the time to explain everything and handled my nerves.

Maddy was amazing. She kept me distracted and chatted with me up until the surgery. A friendly person distracting you from what’s about to happen really makes a difference. I wish her all the best!!
