I was referred to this office by a local community group, as it was recommended for patients with dental anxiety. I have struggled with severe dental anxiety, which caused me to delay treatment longer than I should have. Unfortunately, my experience here only made that anxiety worse. At my first visit, the dental hygienist made a “joke” about my teeth and the cleaning I needed. It was hurtful and unprofessional—I was in tears when she stepped out of the room.

Despite this, I pushed myself to return because I needed dental care. The office assured me they would note my anxiety in my file, yet it was clear nothing was documented. During my next visit, the hygienist and staff repeatedly reassured me that I had excellent insurance and that the deep cleaning would be fully covered. This was misleading and deceptive. After two deep cleanings, I returned for a filling, only for the dentist to drill down my tooth instead—then inform me afterward that I now needed an additional procedure.

Now, I am being billed for services that—unsurprisingly—my insurance does not fully cover. This office has demonstrated a pattern of unprofessionalism, deception, and a complete lack of patient care. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The team at Sparrow has been the most enjoyable and seamless dental experience I've had. Their staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, they do their best to keep cleanings & repairs painless with up to date tools, and most importantly are very transparent with any costs. If you're in the area and are looking for a great dental experience, I couldn't recommend the Sparrow team enough. Thank you!

Got my crown here and my new dentist said it was one of the best they have seen! There was a little cement left over that had to be cleaned but over all it looked super. If my employer hadn’t changed plans, this is where I’d go. I’ve experienced that most dentists kinda suck but this is a gem. Plus they let me keep the molds from my crown. Super cool.

I love Sparrow Dental, I sometimes don't trust dentists, however I have felt so comfortable being a patient here. They are clear and understanding. They are also very knowledgeable and don't try to drill a bunch of holes in your teeth like some dentists. They also have their own plan so you don't have to get dental insurance.

You can just get a package that will cover your cleanings and x-rays. That is way more convenient than dealing with insurance.
