I've been going to Spectrum Family & cosmetic dentistry for nearly 10 years and this place is amazing. Dr. Lei Shi is an amazing and talented dentist and is entire staff are skilled and very welcoming. I recently had a procedure done and of course as always I'm worried about pain.

And as always they delivered a painless experience with a touch of nurturing on the side. I highly recommend this office, you won't be disappointed.

I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, this dentist office talked me through 20 teeth extractions an made my visit a lot easier, calmer an bearable. I have a 1 year old son that I plan on bringing there for his first check up. Thank you SPECTRUM Family dentistry for making me feel so comfortable!!

From my first time calling Spectrum to my first second third and fourth appointment everything has been smooth. I knew with my first conversation with Chasity that I had found my new Family dentistry home. Chasity answered all of my questions very professionally before I even came into my Dental appointment. The first time I went was for an emergency visit they didn't hesitate to get me in and out quickly. I don't like the dentist it always gives me anxiety but Chasity assured me that she would be with me every step of the way and she was. After that I met Christine who is also very professional and knowledgeable about dentistry stuff.

I love Chasity and Christine we are bonded for life. I can tell that they care about their patients. They both have a great impact on this practice and one of the main reasons I decided to keep coming back for all of my dental needs. Dr. Shi is so nice and wonderful and also amazing at what he does I love him and he works on your mouth with no pain associated is what I love about him. He's the best and his whole team is the best.

I will continue to go to him especially because of his team's customer service, knowledge about dentistry work, and promptness on appointments. He does not make you wait long at all once you arrive. You can't go wrong with this dentist office at all try them and you won't be disappointed.

Worst experience. So I have cavities in both sides of my mouth. BUT. . my left side has been giving me pain. So I said let’s fix the left side first then we can work on the right side. The fixed all cavities on the left side in one session. The fill in was sharp and cutting my tongue for a few day. I went in for a second session for them to adjust the fill in. I continued to have pain after that.

So I went in the 3rd time and explained how I don’t want my cavities filled on the right side because I’m still having pain when eating on the left side. They asked me what type of pain. I said when I eat hard foods I have pain. The dentist assistant gonna say “she means like fried chicken”… I told them ANY hard foods. I can’t eat anything hard. Literally if I eat a salad my teeth gives me pain. I should be able to eat after 2/3 visits right? So after that I decided to go to another dentist because obviously they were not getting rid of the pain. Another dentist told me I have wisdom teeth in the back of my left side that may be giving me paint. So to sum it up. This place did not do their due diligence.

Plus when I asked to see my dental work on paper for records I got a weird screen shot that did not look professional. . this new dentist I can go online and see all my work that’s been done. The staff was nice but could not get me out of pain!! The response from yall said I only came for a second adjustment, actually I went to yall 4 times and still in pain. Kept saying I’m still in pain and they were not worried about my pain, kept trying to do other things like cleanings. To sum it up, they didn’t help me with the pain I needed help with to begin with. Went to another dentist and they told me I had a wisdom tooth that may be the cause of pain. The whole time Spectrum dentistry never told me this. Not sure why, but they may only be good for cavities and cleanings and being racist!
