The employees aren’t at fault but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! Appointment was for 11am and didn’t get out until 2pm, started to be seen at 1:15, The service isn’t good but the wait times were the worst part. I don’t know if the Hampton office is worse or just as bad.

I’ve tried both offices for a long time and the wait times have been the same in any instance. Enough chances given, time to find a new practice unfortunately! Usually don’t leave a review but today they really outdid themselves 🤦🏽‍♀️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My daughter was supposed to get her tooth extracted over a month ago and her appointment got rescheduled twice. Then finally the appointment comes and it’s at 10am. we get here at 9:45 take the forms and fill them out. I wait till 10:40am to say something to the front desk and she says they haven’t called her back because I haven’t turned in the papers I filled out.

By this time AT LEASE two people have skipped her in line. I was unaware that the papers had to be returned just from experience in a doc office they call you back whether the intake forms are complete or not. What’s the point of making an appointment if turning in papers determines when you’ll be called back ???? Staff is also nonchalant and smart mouthy. Not welcoming , hardly any inviting customer service. I can’t wait to switch my child’s care elsewhere where

Great staff… pleasant vibes… even though I’m always running late… their grace period is always in effect 🧡… and they got me straight before my cruise in August… grateful for the amazing hospitality and attention to the patient in orange!!!

Not a good experience at all. Second time coming here and once again we sat for an hour in the back waiting to be seen. The last time we were there we were there for 2 1/2 hours and the same thing happened. Today I walked out. The longest someone should have to wait is five minutes to be seen at a scheduled doctors appointment.

if I were to come late they would not see me at all. Not to mention that when I arrived, they acted like they had no idea that we even had an appointment. I stated over and over that I had a card with the date wrote on it and then the front desk person said that I didn’t confirm and that’s why it was not on the books. I told them that there was never a confirmation email or text sent. I believe they never actually even put the appointment in to begin with because at my last appointment they sent 1 million reminders.

Then without apologizing or even being nice, she proceeds to tell me that they can see us only because someone else canceled as if it was my fault. It’s absolutely ridiculous and clear by all of the reviews, saying the exact same thing that they are booking too many people at once. The only positive thing I will say is that the Doctor Who saw my son last time was very nice and great at his job; other than that do not recommend!
