This experience had me crying. The way my disabled adult daughter was treated and mishandled still hurts. I came with her to the appointment, we was told before hand she would be getting a wisdom tooth extracted. They took four. When she was done they did not even ask for the person who accompanied her to come get her. They let her just walk out gassed up. If I hadn't look up my daughter would have been outside looking for me.

She was not in the right state of mind to be just released. She is disabled, she was confused. So, I get her and head to the pharmacy, as her prescription was sent in at 1:40p, supposedly. Get to the pharmacy, NO PRESCRIPTIONS!! Now she is crying due to her pain. I call the office, I get the call center, the call center calls the office twice!!! NO ONE ANSWERED!! So I had to leave from 21st st to go all the way back to janaf. I was very, understandingly, upset. I find out the person who was sending the prescriptions, their credentials was being block, so they claim they didn't know.

They should have at least known how to treat a human being they just did Oral surgery ON?! I do apologize to the the helpful lady behind the desk. I did come back in after driving for about an hour pretty hot and very very upset. This was so unfortunate to have happened to a person with disabilities. I felt like they just didn't care at all about her once they took all her wisdom teeth and just sent her out the door smh.

Let start off by saying you should not post rules all around your front desk if you are not going to abide by them your self. Don't ask someone to be on time and say you give no grace period but every appointment I arrive 15min early and still don't ever get seen on time. They call your phone to make sure you going to be on time and yet they are never moving on schedule. The light skin/white lady with red hair upfront didn't even bother to get up and check on status of my Oral surgery she just said I don't have an estimate time.

The office closes at 2pm my appointment was at 1pm i arrived at 12:39pm and it's currently 1:17pm still sitting here waiting. There is no need to treat patients in any way they don't want to be treated.

I would do 0 stars if it would let me. I already gave a terrible review for them because they kicked me out because I wasn't happy with their services. And they canceled all my future appointments. And now I have to find a new dentist. And they keep texting me to write a review about their services.

Every spencer dental location looks ratchet. And I didn't really wanna go there but I needed emergency surgery because my tongue is getting cut by a broke tooth and because they wouldn't do my fillings so when I was unhappy about that they didn't even tell me I was kicked out theybwaited until I went to schedule my other appointments for the receptionist to half me xrays and say they woulnt see me anymore. I did not raise my voice I did not cuss. All because they have terrible staff I was gonna add the pic. But this opened from the txt and I didn't save the pic first

No real complaints. Just that it was a bit crowded and after my daughter and I sat, there were no more seats. Everyone was friendly and professional. My appointment was 12 pm we were out the door by 1237pm.
