Called this office, as my united healthcare recommended them as I was in need of a new primary care dentist. I was put on hold three different times. Then the receptionist on the phone had the biggest attitude after the final hold, she told me they don’t know who the dentist I️ was requesting (which I only have the name that the UHC paperwork has on it) then ended up hanging up on me. Exceptionally poor customer service, called a different UHC recommendation who were very kind and made an appointment with them.

Maybe, they were having an off day, but that’s no excuse for that sort of rudeness. Hopefully this is sorted out so it doesn’t happen to future call ins.

The receptionist Stacey that answered the phone was absolutely horrible didn't take two seconds to listen to me I'm sick unable to make my appointment asked if I could reschedule and she was condescending told me no and gave me a here's why speech basically telling me to go to hell. Was my first time scheduling an appointment in over a decade at what used to be a good dental office. Do Not Recommend they are horrible My whole family goes to spring valley and will no longer be using them.

I had an extreme phobia of going to the dentist after a terrible experience as an adult. I just want to say: Dr. Martin, you are the greatest Dentist in the world to me!!! Your patience with me is beyond words. Thank you to you, Amanda, and Mrs. Martin. Truly your entire staff is amazing. God bless you all 😇
