St Clair Dental has always taken such great care of me. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I recently went to get fitted for a night guard and both the technician was so mindful of my sensitivities around taking molds of my teeth. I felt heard and supported.

Danielle is very meticulous and does an outstanding job always checking in to make sure I am ok. She is friendly and offers great advice on how I can maintain great dental health and hygiene.

So thankful for the care and attention I received during my recent visit. I was nervous as I have never had this procedure done before. Birth the doctor and assistant were patient, explained every step of the procedure and checked in to make sure everything was OK with me. I not only felt comfortable I was able to relax and feel safe in their hands.

I found this to be a very profit-based dental practice. There were often surprise costs on my invoice that I was not made aware of. Time based appointments were charged longer than the time I was there. I found there wasn't transparency or discussion about this from my dentist / the front desk staff; the higher costs always felt "slipped in".

I think you'd be better off going to a smaller practice owned by the dentist you see rather than a practice of associates. I think the associates model promotes profit. Front desk staff is also really unfriendly.
