Terrible customer service. I was referred to this dentist to have a tooth removed and after driving 30min out the way, when I arrived she told me I was late. I had just gotten referred less than an hour prior. So after waiting I heard the dentist say he did not want to do because it would take to long and the assistant came out and said I would not be seen because I did not have my physical insurance card with me.

They verified that I had insurance, but they needed a physical card. This was a waste of time and I still haven't gotten my tooth pulled. Terrible business. My advice DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Personally I enjoy going to St Helen’s Dental Arts. Everyone is friendly and all the Dentists are really great. The office is lovely and clean. I would tell any friend or family member to go there.

I found out from my insurance that St Helens overcharged me. I moved and got the bill extremely late. I finally got someone in the office to call me back and it was the worse customer service I had ever experienced. I was shocked to find that I was speaking to the Office Manager, as she was very rude and condescending. She kept talking over me, interrupting me, and wouldn’t even answer my questions. I just asked for an itemized breakdown of the balance and she continued to be rude.

I finally asked to speak to someone over her several times and she finally put me on hold to speak with a doctor. By this time, I decided I would just go to the office. I got there and told her I thought she was rude and condensending and that I’d rather come in. She tried to interrupt me again, I asked her not to do that and she stopped. She was totally different in person then she was on the phone. .

. go figure. I have absolutely no issues paying a bill I actually owe, but I will NEVER go back to this place again.

Sturgeon and his assistant are both amazing at what they do I was absolutely terrified of the dentist due to past experiences with them!! I was in tears I was so scared his assistant stood there wiping my tears as he gave me the numbing shot which I didn’t feel at all btw which made me complete comfortable I knew from that point on I was good!! I felt it a little bit when he was drilling and he stopped what he was doing and numbed me again!! ! I actually felt silly because I was so terrified before I even seen him!! Him and his assistant were absolutely amazing and helped me conquer my fear of dentists!! Even the ladies that work the front desk are very friendly and welcoming I most definitely will continue to see him he is great at what he does!! Thank y’all for everything even the pep talk before hand!!
