I have not been to the dentist in over 4 years for different reasons. I now have dental insurance and Stanley Smiles was in my network and right down from my house. I have been having a severe dental issue for sometime and made an appointment. I spoke with Dawn and she immediately impressed me with her kind and professional attitude. She was very informative about my visit and even called to make sure I knew what my benefits would cover. At this point I was very impressed so far. I went in today and saw Dr.

Eric Weed along with his assistant Bridget. Again, I was majorly impressed with every aspect of my visit. I worked in medical and dental for 25 plus years. These folks are the epitome of a 5 star dental office. I look forward to a long relationship with this office. Keep up the great work!!

My daughter needed an emergency appointment and although she wasn't able to be seen because of short staffing, the lady that helped me over the phone actually searched another office for me and gave me the info so that I could find an office for my daughter to be seen immediately. She was very friendly and I appreciate what she did! I spoke to a couple offices before this one and no one else offered to help me out how she did.

Thank you and I will keep this in mind for future appointments.

After years of searching for a good dentist I was sure I had found the right one with “Stanley Smiles” formally “comfort and care” dentistry. Kerri was always the office manager and was always more than accommodating to my family. Since the new owner and new office manager has taken over it has been less than…. .

my family and I have been patients here for over 7 years. Last month my husband had to miss an appointment with them because of work and because of that… today my family received letters in the mail that we were let go of being patients there. . sad to say the least.

The office manager has told me repeatedly that her work-load has become unmanageable since Kerri left… even to the point of coming in on her days off and doing payroll. Unfortunately we have recommended them highly to family and friends who are now patients there. Really disappointed that staff change has made such a decrease in compassion and patient care from I place that I thought so highly of not that long ago.
