I have been a patient at the Brier Creek location for 3 years. I am currently sitting in their office writing this review because that’s how long I have been waiting! This happens to me every time! They messaged me to move up my appointment and then I wait for 30 minutes to be seen! I have also had different dentists tell me different things regarding my teeth and cavities! One told me 4 cavities, the other told me 1! Makes me wonder what they have really been doing to my teeth! I will be finding another dentist! I’m done! Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The office manager noticed my review while I was still there, and took the time to speak with me.

She was very professional and understanding of my concerns, and took care of my fluoride treatment. That impressed me! I went ahead and scheduled my next cleaning, but may still explore other dentists in the area.

I’ve been going to the dentist for 6+ years now and have nothing but great things to say. Most recently I interacted with Dr Mooka (sorry if misspelled) and Nana, but everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors are nice and friendly and great at their jobs.

I usually have some anxiety around needles and whenever I’ve had to get a filling they’re very accommodating to make sure I feel comfortable with the procedure, so I extra appreciate that.
