I was having discomfort with my gums and becoming concerned that I wasn't getting a proper cleaning with my regular hygienist. I found out that Dr. Perry does all his own cleanings and when I was in town decided to give him a try.

He assured me all was well and my regular people were doing a good job. I really loved the feel of his office and ALL of his staff were wonderful and welcoming, including the pups!

Best dentist I have ever been to. He was the first to accurately diagnose my wife's issues, which have ended now that she has been seeing him for her dental work. His therapy dogs are gorgeous, and super friendly (in response to the dog hater that posted before). There are plenty of studies that support Dr.

Perry's use of therapy animals. I am glad for them, because I personally have an irrational fear of dentist and have experienced little to no anxiety at Dr. Perry's practice. Great dentist and a very nice fellow to boot!

New Review after 5 months of working with them: Do. Not. Go. Here. Dr. Perry seems nice and explains what he’s doing but 8 fillings in the 45minutes I spent in the building doesn’t seem realistic, so who knows what they’re actually doing to you. But the real issue was the billing.

Deb was the lady I dealt with, I had a root canal done and nothing was discussed about the price. A few days later I get a bill for $391. Deb said “she gave me a discount because the original bill was closer to 500”. They did not follow proper billing procedures which are to get pre-authorization from my insurance and let me know what I would have to pay out of pocket. They just skipped that step and billed me for it. Thank God my insurance understood what this dentist’s office did and did not make me pay a penny. My insurance and Deb had a conference call where the insurance company educated her on proper billing procedures.

Save yourself the headache, go just about anywhere else. Original review: They have dogs!!!!! I didn’t know about this until the day of my appointment, stressing out in the waiting room . . then a poodle 🐩 approaches me 😍 totally changed my mood for the better. The Dentist himself is really friendly the office staff aren’t as much. But still worth going to this office.

My daughter loved the dentist, he was great! Made her feel very comfortable. But the receptionist is terrible! Shes horrible to deal with. My daughter had a appointment today, and i totally forgot about it being the first day of school. So i called as soon as they opened this morning. And she rudely told me, if she doesn't show up today, she will not be able to come back, because they require a 24 hour notice.

So unless you make absolute sure, you can make every appointment. Dont bother going. That lady doesn't understand or care if people make mistakes. They should get someone in that position, that is more friendly to deal with. My daughter is going to be so upset when i tell her!
