Everybody here is very friendly, but you have to be careful when it comes to the cost of services. I had concerns about my insurance company paying for a filling, but they assured me they had never had any trouble with that company. Having not been misled by them before, I went ahead and booked the appointment. It turns out my insurance company was not going to cover that filling after all. I realize the biggest issue here is my insurance company is no good.

And I gave them two stars instead of one, because they are very friendly and even helped appeal the claim. But when it came down to it, I had to pay nearly $400 when I was told it would only be $150. I expected they would help me out some since the insurance not paying was apparently unexpected for them too. I was told I was responsible for the full amount regardless but could make payments if I wanted. I've been to this dentist several times and have paid hundreds of dollars for services in the past.

But I feel as though I was misled here regarding their past experience with my insurance company. I hate to find another dentist, but I can no longer trust this practice. They lost a good customer over just one visit.

Madison was on edge from the get go. I didn’t need to hear every time I entered his door what I needed, I’m well aware of what I need. I’m also unwell, 75 yr old refusing to spend $2000-3000. for a partial I’ll never use, I’ve had 2, didn’t work, cantilever bridge, another dental wonder, great until it broke, ruining 2 more teeth it was attached to. Considering ALL my health issues as well as my age, I refuse to spend another $10-20,000 piece milling me to death, with no guarantee. He never let up actually got mad the minute I told him “this is what I hear every time I sit in this chair”.

He stormed out and never returned. Dr Anderson did my fillings, lol. That’s how childish he is. I’d used him for decades, my entire family had. My implant of less than 5 yrs broke Saturday, I was shocked that a $5,600. job lasted less than 5 yrs.

That’s just one of the problems! My implants are much too large. Don’t expect to get an implant for less than $5000, with him. Thats what I was charged, that’s pre covid price, from 5-7 depending on COMPLICATIONS, minimum. That’s if you don’t need a bone graft. Be sure you use a dentist experienced in implants, it’s imperative!

The hardest thing about moving is getting set up with new health care services, and as a lifelong dental disaster, I get high anxiety about dental issues. My first meet with Dr. Madison was during a dental crisis (of course!) and they really saved me. Everyone has been very nice through all of my recent issues, and have shown me great kindness and patience. I really appreciate them.

Sweet Sadie

Where do i begin? My last appointment there i was experiencing horrible pain on one side of my mouth. There were 3 teeth in a row that i had no idea which tooth it was, i just knew it was so painful. Dr. Madison grew impatient as i lay back in the chair while he hit all 3 teeth numerous time's and i just couldn't say which one it was because i was hurting so bad. He jumped up fast from his chair and yelled "they can't all be hurting" !!! I was crying and asked him for a couple and just a couple pain pill's and he walked in the halway and yelled out "no!! I'm not giving you pain medicine"! I was crying the whole time i was there and ran outside. My husband went back in and asked what happed but Dr.

Madison was too cowardish to tell him he screamed and jumped in my face! He treat's the staff horrible! He yelled at Jody for taking a bite of her salad one day! He treat's them awful. My husband found me the best dentist around and he fixed me up the next day with pain meds and fixed my teeth and redid all of Dr. Madison bad work. Be ready to be bombarded by him not the staff about having more work that he MUST DO NOW! I had switched to Dr. Anderson because of Dr. Madisons horrible impatient ways! I just happened to have to be there and had to see Madison!!! My husband was horrified by what he did but found me the most sincere dentist.

This is my experience and one i will never forget. I had to come back and edit. Dr. Anderson if you ever see this we love and miss you dearly! We miss all you girl's too! It's just unfortunate you share an office.
