Where is the zero stars button? This office is the most disgusting and disturbing dental office I've ever seen. The ladies behind the counter are absolutely rude! One specifically tried to physically assult a young woman who was trying to get clarification on her appointment! The worker was verbally abusing this woman then tried to get physical with her! Cops were called and tempers were at an all time high by everyone! This was my first and last time there! I didn't even stay for my appointment because they put myself, my young child and a member of my family in harms way! What the woman did to this patient was totally avoidable and the other women working there justified her actions and tried to cover it up and gang up on this patient.

Shady business to say the least, would not recommend! The office staff is worthless and actually for the most part clueless as to how to perform their jobs and that’s just the start! Literally 7 phone calls in one day ALL to get the exact same information! Dentist himself is questionable, seemed to want to help yet the front desk and scheduling little girls wouldn’t follow his directions and weeks later STILL won’t do as he says, he has no control of his own business! The doctor and staff have NO communication going on between them, doctor says one thing and the staff does the opposite.

It’s a shame he allows these children to destroy his reputation and business quality!

The work performed was fine but receptionist staff a joke n shud b fired. Called multiple times, always got voicemail. Tried to reschedule appointment n cuz I called them on their BS rescheduled me 6months out and on a holiday like tryin b funny or vindictive.

I left unpleasant message again callin them on their BS n was told find another dentist. Replace receptionist w robot n keep clients, jus sayin.
