I had a terrible experience at this dental office. After waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, I was never even seen by a provider. When I exercised my right to opt out of a part of my care, they flatly refused to provide service, stating I would have to find another dental office and face even longer delays unless I agreed to pay out of pocket. The receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive when I tried to understand why the issue wasn't communicated to me earlier. Instead of taking accountability, they shifted the blame onto me for simply asking for clear communication about what was going on.

Meanwhile, I watched as every other patient who arrived before and after me was called back, leaving me stuck in the waiting area. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of respect for patients' time, and unwillingness to engage in transparent communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

This was the first time I’ve been to a dentist in a while. I randomly picked one and I was not disappointed. Everyone there has such a great personality, so kind and so helpful. The dentist was great as well ,very patient and professional and skilled. I would recommend this dentist office to anybody! I would give 10 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Receptionist and tech were extremely nice and helpful. Financial assistant was very understanding and not pushy at all. Doc was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent and the down to earth personality. Loved how he explained everything to me also

I loved going to stone creek everyone is always so kind and nice but today it took a long time to be seen. I needed a consultation and it took an hour to be seen and then one person had to do things on the computer for 15 minutes and then I only was in the for 5 minutes being seen. Then afterwards no one informed me if I was done or not until asked.

Very nice people but just took a long time to be seen today and after waiting for months to be seen and being canceled twice. Again wonderful people just wish I could have been seen sooner.
