If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Do yourself a favor and go here for your orthodontic needs. All the staff here are class acts and incredibly friendly! If you also need some daily motivation, Dr.Sanovic is your guy!

We put trust in Dr. Sanovic with Orthodontics care. The appliance used caused damage to the teeth and the child mechanics of swallowing has been ultered. After, getting a second opinion I addressed my concerns with Dr. Sanovic and he said that the appliance would have not caused that damage.

My child now has trouble swallowing and his back molars do not touch due to the blocks that were used to push forward his jaw. Thankfully, his jaw is ok. PLEASE get a second opinion before starting your orthodontist treatment with blocks as it isn't always the best first step.

I was originally treated by Dr. Lou Popovic, who was always kind, professional, and genuinely caring toward his patients. I had permanent retainers placed on both my upper and lower teeth, and for nearly 20 years, everything was fine. However, when my bottom retainer broke for the second time, I was seen by Dr. Sanovic. Unfortunately, this experience was far from pleasant. I expressed that the new wire felt too tight, but my concerns were dismissed.

Dr. Sanovic insisted that as a professional, he knew best. Over the past few years, I’ve experienced severe jaw pain, and headaches and have now been advised by both my doctors and a new orthodontist that the retainer was indeed placed too tightly. I believe in respecting expertise, but I also believe that good healthcare involves listening to patients. I hope future interactions at this clinic are handled with more openness and empathy.
