Since the practice was sold (without any notice or intro by new dentist/practice) customer service has been horrible. I've been getting a summary bill for over 3 months supposedly old charged from prior practice. Despite over a dozen phone calls, stopping in there live with a collection notice, and ZERO return phone calls or courtesy of a reply from office manager I have YET to get a requested summary of charges. I would be happy to pay IF these charges are legitimate.

Poorly run business and lack of professionalism. I would NOT recommend.

The equipment used there is truly state-of-the-art. My father-in-law had partial dentures made in three visits. First they scanned his mouth, then had a sample made, which fit perfectly, and then the final product, which also fit perfectly. No adjustments necessary! Dr. Weiner and all the staff were great!

GREAT DENTIST! Very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. My cleaning was painless and smooth. All around a wonderful place makes you feel very welcome. I don't believe I'm saying this but looking forward to my next vist.

If only I could give zero stars. This is a poorly managed office. The morning I was due in for my appointment, the office called me to tell they didn’t accept my insurance which is not the case but regardless the office had weeks to look into my insurance coverage but never did. They then said I would have to pay out of pocket or incur a cancellation fee. Sounds a little like extortion.

Do not trust these people. They literally do not do their job and the manager refuses to get on the phone to solve issues. They are lazy, dishonest and unethical which is unfortunate because we like the dentists a lot. My entire family is now looking for another dentist.
