My son had braces put on late spring of 2018. So far the experience with Dr. Bochacki has been positive.

Dr. Bochacki is an amazing orthodontist. My daughter just loved him. His Office Manager (Tarina) is just awful.
Because we were moving out of state, we had to switch Orthodontists. On our last visit, we were advised that we owed only that month's pmt, and that we were "all squared away" and that "nothing more was due". Five weeks later, we were called and advised that we owed $1665! That "a corporation had taken over and their algorithm shows that $1665 was due! We advised that we would not pay this new debt, and that it had not even been earned (only 6 months of treatment, and $1345 had already been paid). The office manager told us that we were committing "insurance fraud" and that after she "reported" us, our insurance company would "probably drop our insurance"! After speaking to the insurance company, they agreed with us and filed a greivance on our behalf.
Now, the office manager is refusing to provide our daughters orthodontic records to her new orthodontist, which is illegal. Be wary of doing business with this "new corporation" who tries to extort money.

My son had braces put on... and the whole experience has been awesome. Dr. Bochacki is great. He is very detailed, and great with kids. It's been an excellent experience across the board

Dr.Bochacki has treated 4 of our kids so far and it is always a pleasure going to the office. The girls are very friendly and Dr. Bochacki has excellent manner and takes his time explaining every detail! I highly recommend this practice if you are searching for a great orthodontist.
