Awful customer service!! They are not accommodating on their appointment times, they always expect you to miss work, and that missing school is perfectly fine for the patients. Also after I had to miss work this Friday and pull my daughter out of school I drove all the way there to have a note on the door that they were closed. I do not recommend!

First they changed my time without confirming with me because a hygienist had another appointment but then they inform me 2 hours before my appointment that they don’t take my insurance which they previously said they did. Then said it’d cost 400 for an out of pocket cleaning and X-rays. Very unprofessional, shame on you greedy jerks.

If I could give this office a ZERO I WOULD. I went to the office today unaware when I sent my granddaughter back she would come out with her braces removed! I wasn't made aware, I was told due to non compliance and that the office got authorization from the insurance company. Apparently this dentist isn't aware of issues that could of negatively impacted a situation he should go back to Miami and practice.

What an idiot he is and his office staff that work the desk and his office is a FROZEN TUNDRA DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE now my granddaughter teeth are unfished a teenager walking around with her teeth in bad shape what a shame. This office clearly didn't seek to help solve an issue it just added to a issue!!

This place is great and the most wonderful that the doctor and his assistants are helpful, understanding and their work on their patients is good. There are some not so good assistants and they made me nervous because they weren't nice but I think they (the new assistants) so its not fair to say this place is not good because of one person who couldn't do it his working properly.

From my experience and that of my other sisters, we highly recommend this place because of the doctor and his good assistants. 💕
