I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gen and his wonderful staff! As both an adult who had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Gen, and as a parent with a child who is in braces, I have a unique perspective. Dr. Gen takes the time to explain and make sure that his patients understand what's going on.

He's also a perfectionist and, in the orthodontic business, this is a very good thing. Each and every staff member that I have encountered here - the wonderful ladies at the front desk, the office staff, the hygienists, and the orthodontic assistants - have always been kind, professional, friendly and overall excellent. The wait times here are minimal and the office is clean and modern. I began my braces journey in another state; however, part way through, a job change brought my family to Ohio. Dr.

Gen truly made this transition as easy as it could be. Dr. Gen is professional and caring and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy and satisfied. I very highly recommend Dr. Gen and his wonderful, wonderful office!!

Dr. Gen and the entire staff at the Mayfield office is amazing. All professionals ( doctors in other disciplines, or matter of fact, any business) should use Dr. Gen as a case study and understand how to run his/her business.

I went in to discuss my options and he was very considerate and worked within my constraints. The staff ( specially Kaitlin) communicates well, follows-up promptly, and the whole business operates like a well-oiled machine. We had the BEST orthodontist experience with Dr. Gen and his staff. It was affordable, stress free, and my daughter didn’t mind going to her appointments. She said everyone was really kind and Dr.

Gen always told her what to expect and she felt like he had a good bedside manner. I would recommend Gen Orthodontics to anyone. We had a double expander, braces, and now she’s got her braces off and we picked up her retainers today.

I had a wonderful experience. I moved into Ohio from another state and Dr. Gen was able to take me as a transfer patient. As a college student he was able to offer me the best possible prices to get started. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and both of his offices are beautiful and clean.

I finally got done with my treatment and I couldn’t be happier, my teeth look perfect. The whole office was celebrating for everyone getting their braces off they truly make it feel like a celebration. Thanks Dr. Gen and his team for my beautiful smile❤️🥳
