This office has went completely down hill. The front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful when trying to make appointments. They have an attitude and disregard anything you say and talk over you. My family has been going here for a long time and i will now be switching the entire family to a new dentist ever since the son took over. Horrible location, do not trust your family with them.

Will never return due to the receptionist who does the billing calling me a liar and discriminating against me. No respect from anyone in this office. No wonder it's always dead. Even the orthodontist couldn't handle these nasty attitudes and left. Don't bother coming here unless you want to be treated like trash and leaving with more debt then a solution.

Not worth my time anymore. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, unless you like being disrespected and called names. Waited 2 years for a teeth cleaning and honestly wasn't worth my time. Good thing other places exist bc I would never see a dentist if this was the last location on earth.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone that works in this building should be ashamed of themselves, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever met, from reception to the actual “dentists. ” I requested my records in December of 2023 and didn’t receive them until today, April 2nd, 2024, and only because I got the state involved, otherwise, I’d bet my life they had zero intention of sending me my records, which I am legally entitled to.

Not only that, Roger Giuliani, was, unfortunately, my dentist from the time I was a child until 2020, and not ONCE did he tell me I still had a baby tooth. So now, at nearly 30 years old, I had to go through the excruciating pain, both physical and fiscal, of getting both the baby tooth and the impacted adult tooth pulled, AND I had to get a bone graft because of his carelessness and negligence, and now I have to wait to get the implant done and hope it actually takes. This all should have and could have been taken care of twenty years ago, if only anyone in this office actually cared to do their job.

This office is absolutely deplorable, the attitudes are disgusting, and everyone here should lose their license to practice. For your sake, for your children’s sake, go to ANY other dentist on Long Island.

Dr Mike and the team are fantastic. They saw me right away. Paperwork was easy. I'm getting a few things taken care of I've been there 3 times so far and it's always quick and comfortable. I definitely recommend them!
