The front desk staff is extremely RUDE and after my initial visit I could see the lack of professionalism. I Quickly called my insurance and changed to a different Dentist. The front desk forgot to collect my small co payment, never sent me a bill but decided to ILLEGALLY go into my insurance company website and change my primary dentist back to Dr. Guilani. I found out about this and called Dr.

Guilani 's office only to be told that I owe 36. 00 and nothing about their illegal behavior. Do not use this dentist. The people working there are incompetent, and do illegal things.

‼️Dr. Michael, also known as Crooked Mike, has a reputation for being shady, unprofessional, rude, greedy, and dishonest. He tried to coerce me into getting a root canal by threatening to charge me for the visit if I didn't proceed with the procedure immediately, despite already being compensated by my insurance. Feeling pressured and manipulated, I chose not to return to his practice.‼️

Called here regarding a dental appointment. The woman who answered the phone was happy to talk until I mentioned that I had already visited a Dentist the same day who informed me I had 3 cavities I needed to get cleared up before I can do invisalign with them (they were cosmetic dental and don't accept my healthcare insurance, which is why I called here for an appointment as they do accept my insurance). She says and I quote, "So you're gonna do cosmetic somewhere else? Stay with them, don't call me back please. Thank you.

*hangs up*" Never been here before, but that's the kinda person this practice has answering the phone. Almost comical how petty that was.

I have been a patient at Sunrise Dental Associates for some time now, and my experience has been mixed, to say the least. For over 30 years, I saw the same Dentist until his retirement, and I never had a cavity. Since coming to this practice, however, they’ve insisted on finding a new cavity at nearly every visit, which feels strange considering my previous dental history. Additionally, they often push an antibiotic gum treatment that is not covered by insurance, which raises concerns about unnecessary treatments being suggested. The main reason I continue to come back is the wonderful hygienist, Meeti. She is an absolute gem — kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. Her care is the only reason I’ve stayed this long. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentists has been disappointing. I had to get an emergency filling repair after I accidentally flossed out one of my old fillings.

I was seen by Dr. Michael, and it was traumatic. He was rushed, rough, and rude. The procedure was painful, and I was in cold sweat, gripping the chair the entire time. He drilled down too deep, causing a lot of pain, and the filling had an overhang that dug into my gum and caused severe discomfort for weeks. This later led to issues with food getting stuck, and I was nearly facing an infection. A month later, during a routine cleaning, I was seen by Dr. Roger, who immediately noticed the same tooth was still bothering me. When he looked at the X-ray, he said it needed to be redone, which led to an uncomfortable conversation when I realized it was his son, Dr.

Michael, who had done the initial work. Meeti did what she could to alleviate the discomfort by scraping the overhang, but I’m still dealing with issues in this area. Given my ongoing pain and the fact that the work needs to be redone, I will be seeking a new dental practice. Dr. Michael’s rushed, rough treatment and failure to properly address my dental concerns have made me question the quality of care here. I believe this practice needs to reconsider how they treat patients, especially when it comes to handling dental procedures. It’s unfortunate because Meeti is such a wonderful hygienist, but I can’t continue with a practice that causes more harm than good.
