I called two weeks before appointment to verify cost and confirmed through my insurance what would be out of pocket cost but when I got to office the unfriendly lady who came to sign me in stated it was their policy to get cash up front and not to use insurance. #scam # nocustomerservice

I have CARE Credit but the Receptionist didn't want to do the paper work. So she told me to pay cash. She said the Interest rate was too high. I asked her to make the appt she told me to bring cash. I went some where else.

What a joke! Attempting to care for an aging parent is stressful enough. Attempting to get dentures should not be this complicated. The receptionist spent more time advocating for the senior benefits business behind the office than actually performing her duties as the receptionist. She was not familiar with the variety of options available through Medicaid vs Medicare but that didn’t stop her from offering direction on “what to do”. After wasting 2 hours following her directions, I attempted to call her and give her the correct information as I had received it from the Cabinet employee.
She wouldn’t stop talking to listen and receive what I was saying. She even attempted again to direct me to the other business. I don’t know if the office received commission or what. If she were an employee of the Senior Benefits business, she’d be amazing. Since she isn’t, she’s terrible.
And with that, we are scheduled at another business who’s receptionist was not only friendly but knowledgeable on all aspects of insurance (private and otherwise). My mother should have her set sometime next week.

The first time I went they were nice. Had impressions done and I asked if the top denture would stay in without using glue , she said yes I wouldn’t have to use glue any more. Came back the second time they put in wax denture to make sure if I liked them and to check bite I told them they were loose fitting,they said that the denture would be tighter. Come back third time they put denture in I told them it was loose they said wear it that it would tighten up and it never did. Come back fourth time time they relined it put it in I told them it was still loose the guy said he guaranteed it like tighten up. Come back the fifth time they told me they’d have them make a new denture so I left.
. Come back the six time they put the new denture in and I told them it was still loose she said please wear it for three days if it still loose come back. Needless to say it never tightened up I called and told her it never tightened up and that I just wanted to bring the stuff back and get a refund. Her response was we don’t give refunds to come back and they try again. I told her I couldn’t keep taking off from work, (if your keeping track I have taking off 6 hours already. )After they have had three tries I have no doubt they would never get it right.
An expensive lesson learned. I would never recommending them ever. Pretty bad they don’t have Enough confidence in their ability and Work that they can’t give refunds. Wonder how many others??
