I’m so glad I chose this dentist! She is so sweet and is really good at what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable. Every last one of the staff that I’ve ran into has been super kind as well. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth made sure to keep asking me if I was ok and put me at ease. I’d suggest for anyone to check them out!

I am extremely disappointed with this office! I am a care manager in the county who has been trying to get a client of mine in to see someone for tooth extractions. We went there for an initial appointment and were told they would reach out to us to let us know if the insurance approved it or not.

Since then we have heard nothing! I have called around 10 times now and have gotten no help or updates. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, and I do not recommend them!

My mother was personally attacked by the Indian doctor because we come from Pakistan origin and she got personal due to the current tensions between the two countries (Pakistan & India). I can assure you this is what happened because my mother was under treatment with this office since last 8 months and was denied services in the middle because of her personal views.

The dentist Jagruti is one that should be avoided at all costs. In my first visit they did the cleaning , even though I went for one tooth extraction. She said she will contact insurance for coverage of partial denture. In my second visit I went there with pain in the tooth and she extracted another tooth which was not a priority. With all numbness one doesn't realise what is being done. They didn't give me any extra gauze or tissues. She didn't ask once if I have any pain.

She said you won't have any pain. When I sat in the car only then I noticed she pulled the tooth that I never went for. When I went back and asked her what she has done, she told me this is the tooth I told her to take out. She was all smiling and condescending. I told her she was wrong. She said okay go ahead call an attorney and kept smiling. Its unbelievable .

I told her she lacked empathy, she said okay all I can say is I am sorry and brushed me off saying she can write me pain killers or antibiotics. I told her I give a s. . . about her sorry. I hope she is treated with same lack of empathy when she faces any kond of medical predicament.
