Con artist that milk your insurance and try to get money out of you to pay for stuff you dont need! I had recent graduate brendan , terrible unprofessional dont know if he even really graduated tried to take me for 600$ cause he thought i was slow or something! Didnt answer the phone unless I threatened to come get my 600$ dwn payment! He tried to say my partials were being made in Chicago after i paid for the intermediates which he claimed were made in chicago but came back wrong shade and with a tooth where a tooth already was , and magically fixed in there lab down stairs , which i was told there were going to be made anyway! There sliding scale for income based service is a lie and they just swindle you for watever they can spin u for !! Should be ashamed to call yourself a dentists!! Now the new student dentist said there was no file on me and was trying to charge me and say i needed unnecessary things done! She told me there was no final partials being done in Chicago dude lied to you , so now im at 0 and been waiting for partials tfat dont exist hoping he wasnt dumb enough to charge my insurance for these partials i paid out of pocket for, and he just put it in his pocket , and thats why he was very concerned when i said im coming for my refund ! If so i will be taking him to smalls claim court and irene there will not be able to cover for him because i had tge text and insurance plan copy that he sent like 3 different plans over almost a yr!!! Smdh very condescending and rudely dismissive

Couldn’t even set up an appointment they put me on hold like 5 different times and gave me a new number each time to try to contact… tried to get in contact with them since this the only place that took my insurance for root canal and failed to do so over three times. The first time the lady answered she told me “ we have no appointments available try to call back maybe next week or the week after” and hung up before I had a chance to even respond.

I had to visit temple on short notice because I was in a lot of pain. To my surprise, I was in and out in just about 3 hours! The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel really comfortable, answering all my questions patiently.

I had two teeth pulled at the same time, and even though I’m usually scared of the dentist, they helped me feel at ease. I’m not sure what all those other reviews are talking about, but my experience was fantastic! I’ll definitely be returning, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit to continue my dental work 😊

they have very high tech state of the art equipment, and they are doing my jaw surgery and braces, and it's great to have so many professionals able to come together for my care and coordinate with each other in-house. if you're worried about the fact they're students, don't be. I think sometimes they're even better than regular dentists because they have their teachings fresh in their minds, and they're under the tutelage of seasoned professionals who will sometimes step in and participate.

it's a really good service they offer, and it's much more affordable than regular dental work. they take insurance too if it's something that qualifies for it. and there's a museum there!
