Donna is amazing! As someone with a fear of the dentist, she literally held my hand and put me at ease. Dr. Moon is great as well! I highly recommend this office.

At first glance the place is very welcoming. Very clean & organized as a dental office should be. The dental assistant is lovely. She's very friendly. She may be the reason why I visited this office several times. The first time I visited this office I was pregnant. Dr. Moon confirmed I needed a root canal & this Procedure Is not covered by my insurance. The cost would be $1,800. At the time I couldn't afford it, I did some research. I found a better deal with a different dentist. Given my desperation, I got it done for $500 less then Dr. Moon's price. I wasn't ready to switch dentists just yet, though - considering the convenience of the location. I scheduled an appointment for a second visit after my root canal for a cleaning. I was in shock when Dr.
Moon cleaned my teeth with just water & air. That's right folks - No paste, No fluoride . . . just water and air. I wasn't sure what type of technique that was, but I did not voice my concerns at that time. During the cleaning, he noticed I had gotten my first root canal done and questioned why I didn't get it done with him. When I told him that his price quote was too high, he stated that he would have charged me $1400. . . His first quote was $1800!! Needless to say, I left the office confused. After I got home, I thought about the bizarre cleaning I got and then called Dr. Moon to ask what exactly he did & why didn't he use any paste. He convincingly said his method is better because using fluoride is unhealthy and can damage teeth. I fell for it, I guess. During my 3rd and final visit he informed me that I needed a second root canal, & the cost would be $1800 once again, not covered by my insurance.
I was willing to pay but first wanted to confirm with my insurance, do some research and see if there is a better way. When I called them, I was shocked to hear the insurance company say that all my dental office would have to do is complete some form requesting that they pay for the root canal procedure!! I then called Dr. Moons office spoke with him and asked that he submit the form. I called on Friday feb 5, 2016. I recived a call from the office (front desk lady)the next day Saturday feb 6, 2016 indicating that the form was declined as expected. She also added if I'm pregnant or have any disability I could take it up to my primary doctor & that's the only way it will approve the dental charges, FOLKS!! Why wasn't this mentioned when I was pregnant and needed a root canal the first time!? I called my insurance company and asked if they covered root canal. Surprise, surprise - they said YES !! (Only once per life time. Hilarious, I know . . . but yes they do cover it. ) I asked if I could talk to the dental insurance department to confirm my dentist submitted the form, the representative indicated they are closed on Saturdays I should return a call on Monday. I believe that this entire episode Exposes either this office's dishonesty, incompetence. . . or BOTH!

Dr. Moon is the best dentist EVER! He recently performed a wisdom tooth implant on me. The procedure was quick, accurate, and painless. He also explained the procedure thoroughly so that I could fully understand what was done. Plus, his staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Moon has my highest recommendation.

Dr.Moon is the best Dentist in the world! He's the most knowledgeable and would do everything possible to save the tooth before doing a root canal or crown. I absolutely trust and rely with my dental health on Dr.Moon and am very thankful for the great professional job he does!
