The staff and Dr. James were extremely kind and compassionate, and the dental work I had to get done was completed flawlessly and without any pain. At other locations, I had to wait for 6 weeks, but Thames River Family Dentistry accepted me right away. I greatly recommend getting your dental work done here.

Had my first experience with this office today. I was beyond pleased with all of the service provided. Friendly, fast, efficient work. I am excited to be able to have this office staff as my dentist! 4 years later, still the best there is. If they have room for new patients, you'd be lucky to have these folks as your dentist.

Five star rating is not enough to describe how they exceeded my expectations. First, they never hesitated to accept me as a new patient and to attend on my dental emergency. Then, Dr. James and the staff are welcoming and guiding me to the whole process and making sure I understand it. The facility and equipment they use is state of the art which gave me a feeling of being safe while under their care and not to mention the expertise of Dr.

James to perform any procedure-extraction,cleaning and filling. Yes, I went under these procedures and I’m glad I went to this place. Lastly, the ambiance of the place is so serene and cozy, makes me relax while waiting if I come ahead of my schedule. To wrap it up, I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
