Informed the office of a disability and requested a reasonable accommodation. They denied my request and told me that I'm "not a good fit for the practice" and they refused to see me or discuss further. Nothing "progressive" about this practice. Edit: I informed the office that I have two disabilities, they seemingly chose to ignore this in their reply to me. The front desk questioned my disability and kept asking if sedation was really necessary. I informed them of past experiences without it to provide further information on why it was necessary.

They have ignored the actual disability I told them about and are falsely labeling my condition as "Dental Anxiety. " And under HIPPA I have no legal obligation to publicly report my disability here on a review. The office shut down all conversation about this topic. I did not "choose" to not follow standard dental procedures. Disability law states that policies and procedures may be changed to support the needs of those with a disability. THEY chose not to follow the ADA and shut down the conversation.

And apparently they like to fight customers and reveal their medical information publicly. . . This interaction should give you a good idea of what to expect when visiting their office. STAY FAR AWAY.

Dr. Fromel is the BEST dentist on the planet! Technology has come a long way and this office has the newest innovations. I had to get a dental crown and Dr Fromel did a same day dental crown. Dr Fromel helped me with my dental pain and reminded me that he won’t give up until I am able to eat ice cream. Well, if he won’t give up, I won’t give up. I will have ice cream and nachos with a big smile thanks to Dr.

Fromel. Although Dr. Fromel had a booked schedule, he took the time to care and say hello to my daughter Lexi which made her whole day. This office staff truly cares. I’m not sure how they were able to get so many awesome employees in one place. The entire staff made Lexi’s day, and she hasn’t stopped talking about her dental friends.

I have been referring everyone I talk to because this office is truly amazing. I am so glad that I found Dr Fromel and this amazing office. If I could give a trillion stars I would but google only allows 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Fromel for being the BEST dentist ever! I am truly grateful and in awe of your brilliance…. WOW!

If you are like me & have anxiety thinking about going to the dentist - I highly recommend you check out The Center for Progressive Dentistry! The entire team plays a part in your care. We’re lucky to have this in Trumbull County & I believe it is one of the only places that offers IV Sedation, Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide, Pre-meds as well as Novocaine. (dependent on your specific needs & your consult). I’m a a patient and can honestly say I have less anxiety thinking about my dental appointments and no anxiety once I’m there.

I know I’m never judged, I’m safe while sedated & the work is done right. The office is very clean as well! Dr Joe calls the next day to check on the patient which is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about The Center for Progressive Dentistry and I highly recommend you check it out! (especially if you have dental fear and/or anxiety)…. You belong here too!
