I could not be more happy with my experience. They were able to accommodate me immediately. The office staff was so helpful, friendly, and professional. The dental assistants and hygienists were so kind and calming, and the doctor did incredible cosmetic work.

The term ‘Emergency Dentist’ elicits a fear response in almost everyone. It’s not something most people think about, let alone research ahead of time! So when the time comes for these services, you cross your fingers and hope you pick a good one from the many choices. When this happened to me, I chose ‘The Emergency Dentists’ on Buffalo and Washington. I was able to get an appointment quickly.

I was treated by Dr Park with Lena assisting. They were wonderful! I had an infection come on suddenly and needed a root canal asap. Let’s face it, in a situation like this, you hope for the best but get what you get! I couldn’t have picked a better team! Lena, was very attentive and concerned with my comfort. Dr Park was very meticulous, and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing when I asked.

He even took pictures for me with my camera! Very cool dude! Although these kind of services are never cheap, the cost was the same as my regular dentist who was closed due to the holiday weekend. I hope you never need them, but if you do, I recommend them highly!

If you have the opportunity to be patient until Monday, do not go to this clinic on weekends!!! 4 hours of waiting for the sake of a five-minute reception. I understand that there are a lot of people, but why record all the people at the same time?? A man came to you at 9:30 a. m.

, and left at 1:30! I came with an acute toothache and was tormented in line for 4 hours! So that in the end they would just prescribe medicines! How can you disrespect patients so much and take advantage of the fact that they have no choice? Of course, when a person comes to the clinic with an acute toothache on Sunday, he will wait for his turn for 4 hours because there is no other option with another clinic on the same day! Respect your patients!! And yes, the clinic has normal staff: the administrator and the doctor were polite. Claims to the system itself and owners who do not monitor the order in the clinic. P.

s. And even a sign with an inscription about the waiting time and an apology does not give the right to make patients wait half a day for their appointment!
