The Family Dentist

This was a strange encounter. It seems like the retired people going here are not getting good treatment or service. I went on Friday, February 21, at 3PM, for a possible upper partial. In the interim of 1-1/2 days, something came up and I called the office on Tuesday, February 25th at 1pm to cancel the making of a partial. The girls in the office are very nice, I am not sure who this Kirsten is, (and I could have her name incorrect), I doubt she has any type of medical or dental credentials to work in a dentist office.

She just yelled, extremely unprofessional, especially for someone working in a dentist office, I should have known when I was sitting in the chair, and she told me, most dentists lie; should have gotten up and left. Professional people in a dentist office would not slander the hand who feeds them. She is demanding payment for the impressions made of my teeth on Friday, $500. 00. I stayed calm and collected, I usually do when people are emotional.

I kept repeating, I have to speak with my insurance company first. Very odd emotional person to be working in a "dentist" office.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!!! I went to have my jaw looked thinking I may have issues with my wisdom teeth or possible TMJ. I had an appt for 4:30, they close at 5. They bring me back to the chair & ask why I am here, explained I have had jaw pain just as I explained on the phone when setting this appt. Was told they do not specialize in TMJ but I was not even sure if this was the cause of my pain. I said okay, what about my wisdom teeth? Well, we are going to refer you to an oral surgeon & they can do x-rays there. This dentist office would not do anything for me not even a freaking cleaning.

I was passed off like I wasn’t even a patient. It was 4:30 on a Friday & nobody wanted to do their job. Worst experience at a dental office & I hope they treat their actual patients better. The receptionist was the only positive of my experience. Do better!!

I want to thank you Sharon, the receptionist Sherriese, Claire, Dr. MARTIN for making smile again. They are very personable, skilled, and thorough. My teeth now were made perfectly and they made confident to smile and not hide my mouth.. they are the only dentist I trust with my mouth.

I needed to get a solution for a missing tooth within three days before traveling. I had called other dentists and no one could get me in. Then I got a call back from Sharon and she said they could take care of me the same day! It was a great experience and I now have my smile back! Thank you! I highly recommend.
