I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the unprofessional treatment I just experienced while trying to get information about my mother-in-law’s appointment at your Haddon Heights location. When I called to clarify why your office could not see her, I was told that her medical history was “too complex. ” However, when I asked for clarification on what specifically was too complex, the representative was unable to provide any details. Instead of offering a professional and courteous response, she abruptly hung up on me, which I find completely unacceptable.

As a healthcare provider, your office should prioritize clear communication and professionalism, especially when dealing with patients and their families who are simply trying to understand their options for care. If your office truly cannot accommodate her due to medical concerns, I would expect a proper explanation and guidance on how to proceed, rather than being dismissed so rudely. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter and an explanation of why she was denied care. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope your office will take steps to ensure that patients and their families are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I tried to also call the office back several times and they did not answer.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Dietz for about a year now going through some major dental work that was long overdue. The staff is really who keep me going there & keeping my appointments. I have so much anxiety that I’ve put off getting the work I’ve needed & they make me so comfortable & they’re so kind.

Dr. Dietz is pretty great too, but definitely because he has such a great staff. 10/10 highly recommend
