Update July 2025- So this plane has completely failed us. My poor 75 yr. Old mother STILL has no teeth. All I can say is do not come here. This experience has been awful. These people could not care less. It's been expensive. $30,000+ and she has absolutely nothing to show for it. It's been like 6 years I believe! Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere but here. Please take the time to read the entire original review. I realize it's long but it's been a long, terrible ordeal. Run in the opposite direction of this joke of a school. They only provide heartache. April 13,2025-Update. So after God knows how long my mom may actually be getting her implants. I might also lay a golden egg. I guess we will see. After MANY years of waiting I think we might be on the final Stretch. I am cautiously changing from 1 star to 3. If my mother actually gets her implants soon I might even bump it up a little more. It will NEVER be a five-star after what we have been through but I did feel it appropriate to soften my review a bit. It was pretty harsh. (For many good reasons.

) They have not impressed me even once but they are very slowly cleaning up the mess that they created. So realistically it will likely remain 3 star. However if they finally finish I may remove the original review. The experience has been awful. I do not. . . Cannot recommend this place. However my review is being changed for a reason. They have done the very bare minimum to make this right. Slowly. It's not a lot. It is something though. Please take the time to read entire review as it may be gone soon. Not holding my breath but we shall see. Original Review: Gut wrenching. What a horrible place. Like 4 or 5 years ago my mother started the process of getting dental implants at this terribly inept "school. " If future dental professionals are coming out of this place God help us all. After paying over 30,000 dollars to this place my mother still has no teeth! Money was never a concern. We were promised several times while my mother was in tears that they would take care of this. They were going to take it seriously this time and make her happy after we complained over 10 times that they were ripping her off and not taking care of her. They acted like they cared during the meetings.

They were always followed by inaction. No one has reached out to her at all! 30,000 dollars later her "teeth" are sitting in some lab somewhere in that giant, unorganized, mismanaged joke of a dental school. I am warning anyone willing to read this. SERIOUSLY! SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE, TEARS AND LEAST IMPORTANT YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE LESS THAN A NUMBER. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THEY DON'T CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST BIT ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!! If I could leave negative 10,000 stars I would. The thought of what this place did to my Mother makes me want to vomit. If you go here you are taking an enormous gamble. You have been warned! Don't let this review haunt you. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here. You aren't going to save any money and the "service" they provide still makes my mother cry to this day. This place should be ashamed of themselves and should also be shut down. Good luck if you read this review and still choose to walk through their doors. I'm trying to help you. . . Please don't go here even for a cleaning. You will be filled with haunting regret. My mother will be forever. ON TOP OF ALL THAT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND A DIME! SHE PAID 30,000 DOLLARS FOR SOME FAKE TEETH TO COLLECT DUST ON A SHELF! For shame. Curse you all. Now watch them respond with a robotic, cold response to the review like they do to everyone else.

This has been the worst mistake of my life going with these guys. I was tricked into a full mouth extraction with the promise of teeth when im under treatments and unable to think correctly. It's been more than enough time for the teeth to be put in or something done and you can't get them to call back. Mind you it took nearly 2 years of my Dr's me and others fighting to get an appointment, even the emergency room couldn't get these guys to return the call for the operation to be done in the emergency room for 2 tooth extraction. My last encounter I was tricked into an appointment that was supposed to be a discussion for fitting the teeth, which ended up being a lie, they left part of a tooth in and hed wanted to rip the tooth out. I said no multiple times. I cried.

Said no. Refused. A nurse and another man were in there with him she witnessed it they witnessed me saying jo the lidocaine doesn't work. There's PROOF it doesn't work. I have to be sedated. I was held down by the man and they forced it. After I was so shook up and in tears I just stayed give me the social workers name for me to report this to them.

He then said he'd advise against me getting any teeth whatsoever. Being under this treatment and absolutely terrified from what occured , I didn't think to call the police as it was a crime. They should of stopped then. I'm still a patient in the other part of this building and I'm still fighting to get a call back for the teeth as they've left me with a full mouth extraction and I'm unable to eat. I've lost weight, it's not a life to live off potatoes with cancer. It's caused me to be in such a depression I'm giving up and going to stop all treatments and let myself go.
