I would leave a 0 star review if I could! I'll make this as short and quick as I can! Back in September I hadn't been to the dentist in some time so I called here to see if they were taking new patients. They were and I made an appointment. They asked me to sign up for a monthly plan they offer before my appointment, so I did. Then I go in for the appointment and after the dentist spending less than 2 minutes talking to me he said for me to make a treatment plan to get caught up on dental work.

So I go back out to the front desk where I was advised the monthly plan I signed up for (what they told me to sign up for prior to my appointment) didn't cover the cleaning service I needed and on top of the monthly service plan I'd need to pay an additional 800. 00 up front. So I told them I don't have that much extra at the time and I tried to cancel the monthly service plan that they had me purchase BEFORE even seeing me and knowing what I would need, but now being told if I cancel I'll owe them more money on top of the almost 200 I've already paid for 2 xrays and 2 minutes with their dentist. Just kinda seems like trapping people into owing them money by having you sign up for a monthly plan prior to them seeing you and knowing what you need.

This is February and they are still charging my card monthly!! Oh and when I called today to ask them to please stop charging my card, it was close to 5 o'clock so she stayed on the phone til just a couple minutes after 5 then hung up on me and let their voicemail answer. Just rude and not professional at all! Honestly if I can keep just 1 person from going there then I'll be satisfied for what's it's cost me!

I recently visited the office for a crown procedure, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Foster and Trisha were amazing—professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process.

The procedure was quick, and they made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental work. Great job and thank you to the entire team!
