🚨🚨🚨NOT PATIENT WITH CHILDREN🚨🚨🚨 As my sibilings were getting their procedure, I noticed that they were showing clear signs of discomfort. They were raising their hands to show signs of extreme pain. I announced this in the room and the assistant said it was the vibration that they were experiencing and not pain. The dentist Soni on the other hand, ignored my worries and that made me feel uncomfortable. A little after that, my sister started crying silently and that made me even more worried. I don’t want experiences like this to scar them or have a dentist phobia. The dentist than wiped her tear and told her to raise her hand if she’s experiencing more pain. My sister did just that.

Dentist didn’t care, she rushed more through the procedure. This demostrates the lack of patience. During this I began to do my research on the clinic. I did see a lots of complaints with lack of patience. I than was more convinced that it was a dentist issue and not me being over protective. Finally, I asked the dentist if the other procedures would be longer. If so, what can she do to make them feel less discomfort due to her rushing through the procedures. She obviously got bothered and said she wasn’t being rushed.

Either this clinic is over packed or the quality in the services are declining. Not sure. If you are looking for dentists for a child with extreme anxiety look for a different clinic. Now I do expect a smart reply. Like the other posts have.

I used to take my daughter here about 6 years ago. Returned today and it was still as of a great experience as before. Clean. Newly renovated. All of the staff were pleasant! We were in and out within 1 hour! Thank you!

Lots of staff so they got to us quickly upon arrival. My 3.5 yr old did so well that even I was surprised lol and it was definitely because of the set up (tv on the ceiling) and everyone being super kid friendly. I would def recommend them

This dentist office is definitely amazing . Both of my children’s been with them since they were little. office is clean, staffs are very friendly and they treat the kids very nice 😊 all doctors are amazing BUT I’m sorry Dr Sonic is the best of best 🤩 wow she’s sooooo loving and caring for her patients specially at the hospital the way she treats her patients is just amazing.

God please continue to bless her and her staff’s so they can continue to provide us with the best possible service as they been doing 🩵 if you try them I guarantee you will stay !!! I been here for 10 + years and I love it.
