Nobody really likes going to the dentist but having an appointment with a great dental hygienist like Nicole makes the visit very pleasant. I get great feedback about the care I give my teeth. And her advice is always helpful.

I came in today as an emergency visit - I was terrified . The office staff greeted with with smiles, everyone was so kind - the dentist had to pull my tooth and it was quick, painless and she was encouraging me the entire time. Thank you so much , I will be back as a new patient!

My cleaning appointment was at 8:30 am but the office called me to ask if I would come in at 8. I got there just before 8 am but the hygienist didn’t see me til almost 8:30. I told her that the two front bottom teeth were very sensitive and she made sure be careful around them and really appreciated that. After my cleaning she told me the doctor would be in to see me but she was never coming.

At one point the hygienist came in and apologized for the wait. After almost 25 minutes of waiting the doctor finally came in and with no apology for making me wait. She asked me if any of my teeth are bothering me, I told her about the two bottom teeth, I told her that my previous dentist corrected the problem of me grinding my teeth but they’re still sensitive. She had me do the bite paper and moving my bite side to side.

She said she doesn’t see a problem and I told her I know I told you my previous dentist corrected the problem. In turn she said “I don’t know what you want me to do then?”, I told her she wasn’t listening to a thing I said, all I did was answer her question about if any teeth were bothering me. I would not recommend that dentist.

The office is clean, exceptionally well lit and comfortable. As soon as you check in you are greeted with a warm hello. The X-ray tec, hygienist and dentist were all extremely professional, caring and supportive. My exam and treatment plan were thoroughly explained. Would recommend to family and friends.
