Had an appointment on April 21st 9am. Filled out all paperwork online, called and spoke with someone over the phone and confirmed that my insurance is accepted there. Double checked with both my insurance and the receptionist there that my insurance is accepted because of the negative reviews I saw online. Showed up on time only to be told I cancelled my appointment (which I never did) and was told my insurance is not accepted.

Took an entire day off of work. Staff was rude and clearly did not know what they were doing and did not take any accountability for anything that they did. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. all the negative reviews here are exactly what they do!!!!!!

Not a pleasant experience. Had a fitting for some dental work. Was supposed to be completed in two weeks max they said. Let’s jump up 1.5 months and still not completed. Not sure if this will ever be completed. Now they are talking a specialist. They told me the price to completion. I guess I have to this as a lesson learned and eat the price I all ready spent out of pocket.

Dr. Park was very thorough in giving me the treatment I needed. She recommended me some ideas to prevent further deterioration of my teeth condition which I appreciated. I am glad I traveled there rather than getting treated in NYC clinics.

The place was quiet and calm, not noisy at all. I was able to get the treatment peacefully. I like Dr. Park! I would go here again if my teeth need her attention again!

Triple triple check that they take your insurance before making an appointment with this location. Made an appointment and they verified that they took my insurance. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. They emailed me all the paperwork to fill out, where I had to submit the back and front images of my insurance card. They called and left me a voicemail to remind me about my appointment just two hours after scheduling the appointment.

They also sent me a reminder text the morning of my appointment…. just for me to get there for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance. Took the day off of work for no reason so triple check before you go there or better yet stay clear .
